At Just we’re a business full of ambition and we currently have a great opportunity to join our HR team as a HR Operations Team Leader on a 12 month fixed term contract based from our Reigate office.
The role of the HR Operations Team Leader will be varied in its day to day. You should have strong people management skills in order to lead and inspire our HR Adminstrators and be ambitious and energetic and your approach. You will be a supporter of the change agenda and committed to continuous improvement. This role will cover a range of different types of projects, from legal and regulatory projects to operational and strategic initiatives giving you the chance to help shape the future direction of the HR function.
You will need to be organised, tenacious and have a track record of working to deadlines. Your attention to detail will be extremely high coupled with a common sense approach and you will be able to balance HR process with business requirements.
You will be required to identify and navigate through potential road blocks, be able to identify what skills and knowledge you need within the team and have strong influencing skills in order to gain support and momentum.
Skills we are looking for
•Good experience of managing an operational team and able to motivate and engage people
•Working in an internal customer-facing business area
•Reviewing and proposing changes to operational processes to increase efficiency to deliver a better customer outcome and / or to improve internal efficiency
•Establishing and monitoring SLAs to set and uphold excellence in all areas
•Solid experience / knowledge of HR processes and procedures
•Exceptional organisational and planning skills
•Good analytical and numeracy skills
•Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal
•Good collaborative skills – able to build and inspire a team, influence team members to work together and deliver high quality work to the agreed timetable
