HR Administrator

At Just we are passionate about people and we currently have 2 great roles available within our HR department as HR Administrators on a temporary basis for 1-2 months from our office in Reigate.

The role of a HR Administrator provides a key supporting role for the HR department and wider business. The accuracy of data held on employees and the timeliness of data being input, updated, amended etc. is essential in enabling HR and the business to understand and manage employees effectively.

The HR Operations team is often “the face of HR”. It is therefore imperative that the role incumbent is friendly and helpful with excellent written and spoken communication skills.

You’ll be supporting our HR Operations team in the follopwing duties:

•GDPR file cleansing for HR Operations
•GDPR cleansing for Payroll
•Provide support with any other reasonable requests

Skills we are looking for

•A minimum of GCSE or equivelent Level English and Maths (grade C or above)
•Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, MS Outlook
•Expereience of electronic filling
•A common sense approach with a can do attitude
