At Just, we’re a business full of ambition and we currently have a fantastic opportunity available to join us on a permanent basis as Head of Group Reward & Benefits from our Reigate office.
The Head of Group Reward and Benefits will input into and subsequently deliver on the reward & benefits strategy for the Group, ensuring Just Group has both competitive and relevant reward, recognition and benefit provision to support the different employee groups and the Just Employee Value proposition (EVP). The role will also ensure any regulatory requirements are built into the plans and implemented appropriately.
Reporting into our Director of HR Business Partnering & HR Operations you will have responsibility for a Reward Analyst, Payroll Manager and Payroll Officer.
We’re looking for an innovative, pro-active and strategic thinker to join the team and you should have strong blend of knowledge across a broad range of Reward and Benefit areas, some of the highlights being, but not limited to:
•General and Executive Compensation
•Director Remuneration Reports
•Benefits knowledge ideally of Private Health and Pensions
You will proactively support & drive the development and implementation of the Group Reward & Benefits strategy, which balances the various and sometimes differing needs of the business in a regulated environment. Therefore you’ll need to have high attention to detail and aspire to a theme of continuous improvement, challenging the status quo and bring an ability to influence culture, people, attitude and innovation.
Skills we are looking for
•Degree qualification, or Reward/Benefits related professional training / qualifications.
•Reward and benefits knowledge / experience within a professional services environment or in an in-house role (plc environment). Financial Services experience is preferred.
•Track record of compiling and presenting data and insights – in particular reward modelling, job architecture, and benefits brokering.
•Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders and an ability to influence culture, people & innovation.
•Experience of managing people - Able to lead, manage, empower and motivate staff
•Able to influence, negotiate and manage demonstrating credibility and respect
