At Just we’re a business full of ambition and we are currently recruiting for a passionate and spirited Value Stream Product Manager to join our team on a Contract basis from either our London or Reigate offices.

The Value Stream Product Manager is a key member of the value stream leadership team and within their value stream’s context, the authority on how best to maximise value from the backlog of demand.
The Value Stream Product Manager owns the overall value stream road map illustrating where the Value Stream focus will be over the coming quarters. It is your responsibility to support senior management, stakeholders and team members to understand the vision and evolution of the Value Stream as a whole.
The Value Stream Product Manager is the value stream’s “voice of the customer” and you have the responsibility for maintaining and prioritising a single Value Stream Backlog and you’ll act with the authority to accept / pull items on to it from the Enterprise portfolio backlog as well as balancing the demands for Small Change, Continuous Improvement and maintaining the underlying operating model.
There are 7 core areas that you will have principal accountability for:
•Value Stream Management
•Value Stream backlog prioritisation
•Represent Value Stream customer needs by iteratively validating proposed and delivered solutions
•Understanding and supporting overarching portfolio and strategic drivers
•Developing and communicating the Value Stream’s vision
•Establishing, managing and optimising the flow of work through a Value Stream
•Leading Value Stream Quarterly planning, reviews and retrosepctives.
Skills & Experience we’re looking for
•Bachelor’s/Masters degree preferred
•SAFe Certification preferred
•Extensive experience in a similar role (Chief Product Owner / Area Product Owner / Product Manager / Scrum Product Owner).
•Value Stream domain knowledge – there are a number of Value Streams each with a different underlying theme/ focus
•Extensive knowledge and experience in theories and applications of product delivery and user-centric design practices.
•Advanced stakeholder management, negotiation and conflict management skills.
•Exceptional relationship management skills.
•Proven leadership in a matrix management organisation.
•Strong awareness of the control environment within a financial services organisation.
•Strong awareness and understanding of Conduct Risk.
