Fixed Income Reporting Manager

This is a 12 month Fixed Term Cobtract role.

The purpose of the role is to manage the post trading operational processes surrounding Just Group’s fixed income portfolio.
The fixed income processes cover the reporting and reconciliation of c. £12bn market value of corporate bonds, infrastructure loans and commercial mortgages, which have monthly management reporting and quarterly regulatory reporting across five legal entities.
The role holder will manage a junior member of staff.
In addition, the treasury department is considered one of the ‘faces’ of Finance – awareness of the impacts on the end customer is vital - and as such plays an important role in representing the Finance department. Excellent interaction with other members of the finance team and the wider business will be key to this role.

Investment (fixed income) Administration and Reporting

•Manage the new bond trade management across 10 third party asset managers;
•Manage the daily investment cash management and monitoring;
•Manage the updating of the Fixed Income database in DWS for new private assets;
•Ensure Data Quality Standards are adhered to, and reporting of such to the Data Forum;
•Prepare the fixed income sections of the monthly reports provided by Treasury for the purposes of management reporting to ALCO and the Monthly Board Report (MBR);
•Manage the monthly update of fixed income valuations into the central database (DWS), and ensure the outputs are reconciled to expectations;
•Prepare the quarterly investment related Solvency II QRT’s (Quantitative Reporting Templates);
•Second line approval for banking systems;
•Ad-hoc tasks as required.
