Purpose of the role
The purpose of the role is to assist the wider Finance Operations team in providing a full range of finance administration services to the Just Retirement Group of companies, ensuring our customers, and suppliers are paid in a timely manner, funds received are accounted for correctly, and allocated accurately against the correct product or service. Excellent interaction with other members of the finance team and the wider business will play an important role.

Key Responsibilities
Bank Reconciliations
Balance Sheet Reconciliations
Payments Processing via Swift, BACS & Faster Payments
Daily Matching & allocation of funds received
Journal entry into General Ledger
Respond to internal and external finance queries
Provide administrative support to the finance team
Provide support to Internal and External Auditors
What we are looking for
Prior Accounts experience is desirable
Experience of Excel.
Good problem analysis and pro-active resolution skills.
Ability to work on own and to tight deadlines, maintaining exceptional standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
