This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership, shaping how integrations are designed, built, and delivered across the business. You’ll drive innovation, mentor the team, and collaborate with stakeholders to solve complex integration challenges.

Key Responsibilities
Direct the strategy, design, and delivery of integration solutions that connect applications, services, and organisational data.
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of integration solutions using the Microsoft technology stack, ensuring seamless data flow, system compatibility, and scalable operations.
Implement and champion advanced integration patterns, including microservices, API-led connectivity, event-driven architectures, and pub/sub models, to deliver resilient, future-proof solutions.
Provide strategic direction, oversee solution design, and manage the lifecycle of integration platforms across the organisation.
Drive the adoption of modern integration approaches to build robust, flexible, and secure systems.
Guide and mentor teams to deliver high-quality, performant, and reliable integration outcomes while promoting best practices and technical excellence.
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience with .NET (C#) for building APIs, services, and integrations.
Proficiency in Azure Integration Services: Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid.
Hands-on experience with microservices, Docker, and AKS.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git in Azure DevOps.
Solid understanding of integration patterns: pub/sub, event-driven, API-led connectivity, request/response, batch.
Knowledge of SQL Server and non-relational databases, plus messaging/serialization formats (JSON, XML, Avro).
Awareness of security best practices: OAuth2, JWT, TLS, API security.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for complex integration scenarios.
Excellent communication to bridge technical and business stakeholders.
Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable, with a focus on mentoring and driving integration innovation.
