We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Lead Retail Marketing Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering impactful B2B marketing campaigns across the UK financial Intermediary advice and wealth management market.
Reporting to the Retail Marketing Manager, you’ll take the lead in designing, developing and executing compelling B2B marketing initiatives – across email, web and social media channels, to drive engagement, support sales performance, and contribute to the achievement of our UK Retail distribution objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the creation and delivery of engaging B2B marketing messaging, campaigns and sales support content aligned to key propositions.
Continuously monitors the performance of campaigns and website content using Google dashboard and analytical tools by collecting, analysing and providing insights, and suggests ways of improving performance against agreed benchmarks and KPIs.
Represent Retail Marketing in cross-functional meetings, contributing innovative ideas with internal teams, partners and agencies
Coordinate the content management process (initiation, creation, approval, fulfilment and expiry review) for Retail marketing assets.
Manage production schedules to ensure all marketing assets are delivered to agreed deadlines.
Ensures content complies with the Group's brand visual identity and language style standards.
Brief and challenge creative agencies to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
Support the Retail Marketing Manager and Head of Group Marketing Services on wider marketing initiatives as and when required.
Provides guidance and support to junior Retail Marketing colleagues.
Skills and Experience
Proven experience delivering B2B and B2B2C marketing campaigns ideally in financial services or other highly regulated industry organisations.
Strong understanding of B2B and B2B2C integrated marketing and sales principle
Experience of using campaign management, content management and customer relationship management platforms, tools and technologies, including Google Analytics, Jira, Microsoft Dynamics and Episerver
Expertise across multiple areas of marketing, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing and website content management.
Experience of working with Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat
Strong stakeholder engagement, with the confidence and credibility to work with Group Communications and wider Group stakeholder colleagues, strategic partners and creative agencies
Critical thinking, creativity and ability to consider how best to solve problems
Excellent verbal and numeracy skills
Strong Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once and at times, work under pressure
Marketing or business related degree, or equivalent marketing qualification (desirable)
