Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our TA function and play a pivotal role in shaping our recruitment strategy and future workforce.
In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner to the business, championing continuous improvement and driving an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions
Proactively identify, attract, and engage top passive talent through strategic sourcing, headhunting and market mapping.
Use innovative and creative recruitment approaches to position Just Group as an employer of choice.
Help us build, transform, and elevate our future thinking on talent.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and advise on talent availability, market trends and selection approaches.
Guide hiring managers on best practice in selection, interviewing, and candidate communication.
Build strong, credible relationships across the business to reinforce our function as a trusted talent partner.
Bring our Diversity & Inclusion ambitions to life through inclusive hiring practices
Provide regular reporting on recruitment activity, performance metrics and diversity insights to support data‑driven decision making.
What we are looking for
A proven Talent Acquisition Business Partner, with experience in a blue‑chip or financial services environment.
Strong expertise in direct sourcing, headhunting and assessment methods.
Experience in environments undergoing growth, transformation or change.
Ability to translate business needs into effective attraction and selection strategies.
High levels of drive, and resilience, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
A confident, articulate communicator who builds meaningful relationships across all levels.
Demonstrated influencing skills, with the ability to challenge and guide stakeholders effectively.
Experience contributing to or developing employer brand and candidate experience initiatives.
Comfortable working with data and insights, ideally with experience using Workday or similar ATS/CRM systems.
Strong reporting and analytical skills with a solutions‑focused mindset
