Business Development Support

A great opportunity to join our Business Development team

•To provide logistical support to Business Development team – and in particular assist in the process for agreeing/declining quotations by assessing already made commitments. Also taking accurate minutes of work planning meetings and pricing committees.
•To assist in the pre and post quotation process as required – for example drafting quotation documents, re-negotiating delivery dates and ensuring sub-teams are delivering to time.
•To keep up to date and relevant the presentations for beauty parades, conferences and other events as required. To include producing briefing packs for the meetings and general intelligence of prospect business.
•To organise meetings on behalf of the Business Development team, with relevant individuals at EBC’s, professional trustees, existing clients and potential future clients – again providing briefing packs for all the meetings.
•Support the work required to assess opportunities with our existing clients.
•Provide support for all the Business Development Managers in respect of MI requirements of the team – e.g. current pipeline, potential repeat business pipeline.
•Assist in ensuring competitor analysis is continually up to date, including understanding the latest transactions that our competitors have completed.
•To assist the Marketing manager in delivery of marketing materials for Defined Benefits, e.g. website, literature
•Provide assistance / cover to business development team members.
•Be involved in the wider DB business development team, including assisting transition managers on won cases as required.
•Attend meetings as required by Business Development Managers.
