Application process

During the application process, we want to learn more about your skills and interests as well as how you demonstrate our behaviours.

Step 1 – Online application
Tell us why you’re interested in our graduate programme and what you’ll bring to the role.

Step 2 – Psychometric assessments
Verbal, numerical and behavioural tests to help us understand your strengths.

Step 3 – Call with our Talent Acquisition Team
A friendly conversation with one of our recruiters to explore your motivations and answer your questions.

Step 4 – Assessment centre
Held in our London office including a group exercise, written task and interview.

Step 5 – Offer and onboarding
If successful, you’ll receive an offer and begin your journey with Just through our tailored onboarding programme.
