Key responsibilities
Develop and execute brand-building strategies across owned, earned, and paid channels.
Activate the brand platform through compelling content, partnerships, and PR.
Act as brand guardian — ensuring consistency in identity, tone, and messaging.
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, templates, and toolkits with internal and agency partners.
Track and analyse brand performance using qualitative and quantitative metrics (e.g. NPS, brand sentiment, Category Entry Points).
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
Partner with insights and analytics to measure ROI and deliver brand health reports with actionable insights.
Plan and deliver brand activations, sponsorships, and experiential campaigns that drive awareness and engagement.
What we’re looking for
Lead the development and execution of our flagship content platform, partnering with experts, creators and influencers to deliver authentic, engaging content across app, web and social channels.
Work with the content strategy team to activate the brand through creative, audience-led storytelling that drives engagement and social reach.
Track and analyse brand health in partnership with the insights team, using metrics such as brand sentiment, NPS and category entry points to guide strategy and optimise positioning.
Ensure consistent application of the brand strategy, value proposition and messaging across all customer touchpoints for a cohesive brand experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in daily stand-ups and stakeholder meetings to share updates, address blockers and ensure delivery against project timelines and objectives.
