Purpose of role
Just Group engages in trading OTC bilateral derivatives—primarily interest rate, inflation, and cross-currency products—alongside public credit instruments such as corporate bonds and government securities.
Additionally, our in-house team executes direct private credit and structured transactions. In this role you will bring strong knowledge of industry best practices across the trade lifecycle, ideally with exposure to both the sell-side (broker) and buy-side (asset manager or asset owner) environments.

Key responsibilities
Perform regular data quality checks & liaise with relevant SMEs to resolve discrepancies
Asset and derivatives trade capture verification and recording of trade checks
Non-STP public asset trade input
Contribute to clean and timely month-end delivery of investment data sets
Knowledge sharing within team
Contribute to data-related projects and system upgrades
What we’re looking for
Experience in data operations, investment operations, or a related role within financial services.
Professional certifications (IMC, CFA Level I, or data analytics certifications) desirable
Good understanding of Investments Middle Office systems & processes, fixed income, derivatives, alternatives, corporate action events, SOX controls
Advanced Excel and/or Python
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
Proven ability to resolve exceptions, complex datasets and resolve data quality issues.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Familiar with platforms such as Bloomberg and LSEG
