Marketing Automation Executive (FTC)

London / Reigate

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing Automation team, as a Marketing Automation Executive on a 15 month FTC.

We are looking for someone with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem, to be hands on in our development and  execution  and  optimisation  of  automated marketing  campaigns  that  drive  engagement,  generate  leads,  and  support  the  overall  customer lifecycle

Please note: The is role will be initially Reigate based but will then move to our London office in Q2 2026

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, build, and execute email marketing automation campaigns in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys Real-time platform.

  • Review and approve emails and journeys for platform users ensuring they meet company standards.

  • Collaborate with campaign managers and sales teams to align marketing automation with customer journeys and business goals.

  • Monitor and optimise campaign performance through A/B testing, segmentation, and analytics.

  • Provide insight and reporting on campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and conversion rates.

  • Work with each team to ensure their campaigns are effective and subject to regular review, suggest improvements and encourage AB testing and piloting new initiatives where applicable.

  • Ensure GDPR and PECR compliance across all automation activities.

  • Provide training and ongoing support and coaching to all automation platform users.


 

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in marketing automation

  • Proficient with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys Realtime or other marketing automation platforms

  • Solid understanding of email deliverability, data segmentation, and lead nurturing best practices.

  • Comfortable working with HTML and basic coding for email template edits

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • The  ability  to  be  agile,  manage  changing  priorities,  handle  multiple  tasks  at  once  and  at  times, work under pressure.

  • Stakeholder management

  • Experience of Litmus email testing software, Experian email validation APIs and Microsoft Fabric, Customer Voice and Power BI advantageous.
