InterGen Connect Network

Our InterGen Connect Network champions intergenerational understanding and working and supports our older workers at Just, ensuring that everyone can thrive at Just no matter their age and that we attract, retain and develop our older workers.

Our aims are to:
· Create an age inclusive culture to promote intergenerational exchange​
· Promote age inclusive practices to improve work for our older workers

We have signed the Age-Friendly Employer Pledge to support us in our work on this agenda.
