We are offering someone an exciting opportunity to join us on a 6 month contract as an Interim Business Analyst at our Reigate office. You will be responsible for managing and delivering the analysis and design components of a large project or programme of works.
•Operating Models / Business Models - Input to the group operating model by providing updates where changes are found. Encourage the use of the operating model as a tool for analysis (where appropriate).
•Analysis - Contribute to the improvement of methods used. Undertake, programme and project level, analysis and design using the agreed team framework and methods. Delivery of which will be measured by agreed KPIs.
•Lean Start Up (Impacting, Feasibility) - Undertake project level feasibility / assessments of change initiatives using appropriate methods and tools and within the agreed framework and principles e.g. using capability based impact approach.
•Strategy - Appreciate the key elements of the group strategy.
•Enterprise Planning - Contribute to the yearly business planning cycle by providing updates on work-in-progress if required.
•Design Integrity - Where appropriate, accountable for maintaining design principles (or taking action where principles broken) for programme/project level change.
•Agile Philosophy - Work in congruence with Agile principles wherever possible.
•Change Methodology - Keep up-to-date with the change methodology, work within it and where possible suggest improvements to the relevant analysis and design stages.
