We have an exciting opportunity for a Change Analyst to join HUB Group (part of Just Group – a FTSE 250 business) to support on the delivery of initiatives in our business plan, as well as analysis and configuration of systems and processes to support transformation and growth
Reporting into the Lead Change Analyst you will assess the operational impact of new propositions, identifying risks and mitigation/controls, together with how current processes may need to be re-engineered as well as supporting the delivery of regular 3rd party system updates, e.g. ensuring the changes are delivered to deadlines set
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting change through CRM and/or Omni-channel configuration, as appropriate
Being the focal point for all items raised, requests made and investigations required
Working closely with the delivery teams, representing requirements, offering subject matter expertise and helping to test developed solutions
Provide progress reports to HUB and Just’ Value Stream management teams to an agreed standard and at agreed intervals
Acting as a proxy for the business in reviewing user stories & signing off subsequent delivery
Embrace and contribute to HUB’s culture of continuous improvement e.g. the development of personal skills & knowledge, the training of other colleagues, process improvements, identification and mitigation of risks
Sharing expert knowledge of current operational processes and ways of working with our shared service departments e.g. Marketing, Compliance etc
Liaising with Just Value Stream (VS) delivery teams by attending/contributing to agile ceremonies (e.g. daily stand-up, refinement, sprint/incremental planning retrospectives and reviews)
Managing the creation, amendment, review and approval of Customer facing letters/emails
Skills and Experience:
Degree or professional equivalent, or significant experience in similar role (essential)
Working in the Financial Services industry, ideally in the Life & Pensions sector
Working in an Agile ‘change environment’ with methodologies such as SCRUM
Supporting formal ‘business change’ initiatives and managing ‘small change’
Achieving system/process improvements and ability to design with the Customer in mind
Communicating ideas or detail to a small group of people
Customer centricity, i.e. identifies Customers and sees the problem from their perspective
Resilient and able to adapt, working hands-on when required
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
Excellent communication skills (i.e. written, verbal & visualisation)
Formal Lean or Agile qualification e.g. 1c, SCRUM (desirable)
