We are currently looking for driven individuals to join our Summer 2022 Intern programmes within IT, Finance, Retail, HR and Marketing.

IT

Providing technical assistance across Just and implementing new technologies.

Finance
Supporting the Group Controller at Just in a variety of activities including Business Finance Corporate Reporting, Expenses, Treasury and Procurement.

Retail

Ensuring end-to-end customer line of sight for all retail focused products and services. 

HR 
Supporting Just’s people through the employee lifecycle including recruitment, Training and Development. Talent, Employee relations, payroll and wellbeing.

Marketing

Promoting brand awareness and driving sales of Just’s products and services

Skills and Knowledge

• Good problem analysis and resolution skills;

• A high level of attention to detail

• Excellent capability with relevant computer packages (Excel, Word, Powerpoint);

• Good verbal, visual and written communication skills.

• Good interpersonal skills, in order to develop and maintain good working relationships with a range of colleagues in other departments.

• A high level of drive, enthusiasm and resilience, with the ability to work under pressure.
