At Just we’re a business full of ambition and we currently have a great opportunity to join our HR team as an Internal Communications Manager on a contract basis from our Reigate office. This role is a fixed term or day rate contract position.
Reporting into our Head of Internal Communications and Employee Engagement you will be responsible for managing, developing and implementing our internal communication requirements across the company as part of the Internal Communications and Employee Engagement team to enable the business to achieve its strategy and future ambition.
Some of the core focus will be across the following areas:
•Develop and manage the company’s intranet site and drive usage
•Manage and promote usage of our internal social channel, Yammer
•Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders in the business and advise on internal communication opportunities and solutions and draft high quality content
•Manage reporting requirements for the Internal Communication and Engagement team
•Input into wider activities of the team, including CSR, Employee Value Proposition and employee engagement
•Support the embedding of the Just brand and behaviours
•Bring best practice ideas on internal communication into the business
You will work closely with key stakeholders not only within HR but across the business and you must therefore be confident in your approach whilst bringing and a dynamic, collaborative and forward thinking view to the role and your day to day.
Skills we are looking for
•Experience of developing, implementing, managing and monitoring internal communications plans
•Development and management of intranet and internal collaboration tools
•Production of communication material, including videos and event management
•Excellent communication skills – verbal and written and excellent copywriting skills
•Adept at managing a range of stakeholders
•Adaptive to change, dynamic and collaborative
