At Just we’re a business full of ambition and we currently have a great opportunity to join our HR team as our CSR & Engagement Manager on a permanent basis from our Reigate office.
Reporting into our Head of Internal Communications and Employee Engagement you will lead, manage and co-ordinate activities to ensure that Just is a great place to work by managing employee engagement-related and CSR activities. You will also support the development of the right organisational culture to deliver our purpose, ambition and strategy.
Some of the core focus will be across the following areas:
•Lead, manage and co-ordinate a variety of employee engagement-related and wellbeing activities, including overseeing the completion, rollout and follow-up activities for The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For survey and pulse surveying
•Manage and implement the Just CSR strategy by developing and overseeing plans that encourage employees to engage with the company’s CSR policy and in particular our charitable and local community activities
•Work with stakeholders around the company to ensure the Group fulfils its legal obligations for environmental and corporate responsibility reportingYou will work closely with key stakeholders not only within HR but across the business and you must therefore be confident in your approach whilst bringing a dynamic, collaborative and forward thinking view to the role and your day to day.
Skills we are looking for
•Experience of developing, implementing, managing and monitoring CSR & Employee Engagement plans
•Proven experience of Event Management
•Production of communication material, including videos and event management
•Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
•Adept at managing a range of stakeholders
•Adaptive to change, dynamic and collaborative
