At Just we’re a business full of ambition and we now have a fantastic opportunity available to join us as a Company Secretarial Administrator on a permanent basis located from our London office.
You will provide a professional, efficient and timely admin service to the Group Company Secretary and Company Secretariat team, in order to enhance the team’s effectiveness by providing both high level general administrative support and company secretariat specific support.
You will assist in reviewing all incoming correspondence and action/delegate these as appropriate ensuring that any delegated correspondence is actioned in a timely manner and provide administration and secretarial support to the team as required dealing with document execution requests, maintenance of statutory and internal records and general record keeping and archiving for the team.
You’ll provide quality and timely support assisting the Company Secretary and the team with Board meeting support including the coordination of the Board calendar and papers, checking work for accuracy and ensuring a high level of confidentiality where appropriate.
From time to time you’ll work independently on projects, from conception to completion, with discretion and maintaining confidentiality, preparing presentations and/or draft reports as required.
Finally you will act as the conduit for communication between the Company Secretary department and the wider internal teams and external client base, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management.
Skill we are looking for
•Educated to degree level or equivalent.
•Experience within a professional services environment
•Excellent IT skills including advanced Word, intermediate Excel, advanced PowerPoint.
•Provide excellent administrative, organisational and communication skills with the ability to plan and priorities.
•Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills exercising discretion and diplomacy at all times.
•Ability to work on own initiative with a highly flexible attitude, whilst maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
•Ability to work productively under pressure, whilst maintaining a calm and professional approach.
