You will have responsibility for informing development and maintenance of new HUB Group ‘go to market’ propositions and pricing through capture of market intelligence and facilitating capture of insight into how customers interact with HUB Group propositions.
The role holder will then be expected to interpret information sources and working in collaboration with other teams develop plans and experiments to test how propositions and pricing can be enhanced to improve customer outcomes and help HUB to achieve its strategic and financial goals.
Embracing lean-start up methodology the focus will be on capturing insight quickly to support a rapid approach to continuous propositional improvement.
•Gathering market intelligence and deriving insight which can be used to inform decision making, propositional enhancement and wider strategic direction.
•Leading the capture and interpretation of customer data to create insight and to enhance customer facing propositions.
•To challenge, question and inform business beliefs through evidence based insight.
•To identify propositional weaknesses, gaps, opportunities and to develop solutions to address.
•Key contributor to the evolution of customer experience for HUB propositions.
•To own key business assumptions informing financial and commercial decision making.
•To support setting of pricing parameters for HUB Group propositions with a view to maximising both income and profit.
•To advocate and lead lean start-up approach to quickly test and capture learning which can be harnessed to improve HUB propositions through rapid continuous improvement.
•To support interactions with other Just Group operations and develop collaborative relationships.
•To provide inputs for commercial negotiations with new and existing partners.
