The roles we have available:

  • Customer Introducers

Our Introducers are our first point of contact for our pre-engaged customers (not cold calling), giving them insight into our products and services that we offer to ensure it meets their needs -  so a prompt, efficient and most importantly, a friendly experience is key

  • Customer Operations & Administration

Our New Customer Processors and Administrators process new customer applications accurately and efficiently. This is a dual role where you will spend 50%  on administration and 50% contacting customers over the phone, ensuring the customer completes their retirement journey through our service and that customers receive the right outcome every time

  • Investment Operations

In Investment Operations, you will guide and assist customers through the application process.  Providing accurate information and excellent levels of customer service.

  • Retirement Coaches & Paraplanners (Destination Retirement)

Destination Retirement is a ground breaking and innovative financial planning and advice service that can paint a picture of what an individual’s life after work could look like. Our Coaches play a pro-active part in how we engage with our customers and how they complete their retirement journey through this service. This engagement with our customers is done via phone, mail or web-chat.
