The role can be based from either our London or Reigate office on hybrid basis.
Accountabilities
Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio
To work within a multidisciplinary Centre of Excellence, deploying best practice, providing guidance to others and ensuring adherence to the governance model.
Form collaborative project teams with operational and business stakeholders
Conduct unit testing and facilitate user acceptance testing to ensure quality and usability
Support issue resolution and problem solving in conjunction with Infrastructure and Help Desk teams as well as third parties
Collaborate with other developers, analysts, and business units to optimise and enhance Power Platform capabilities
Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and features of Microsoft Power Platform
Key Activities
Deliver solutions from inception through to production
Analysis of pipeline applications and automations
Creation of process documentation
Build, test and rollout solutions
Maintain and review the production estate
Test solutions built by other team members
Provide knowledge support to other team members
Promote best practice and support Citizen Developers
Skills, Knowledge and Eperience
Educated to A-level standard and requisite Power Platform training
Proven experience working with Power Platform
Experience of project methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2).
Experience in developing and implementing APIs and integrations, and a solid understanding of RESTful services and Webhooks to streamline and automate processes and workflows between Power Platform and other systems
Strong understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio
Excellent understanding of Microsoft Azure and Office 365 services.
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and continuously improve
Excellent communication, collaboration and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a reactive and hands-on environment
