Retirement Adviser – Equity Release
Location: Remote/ Field-based role located around the Southampton to Brighton stretch of England

Key Responsibilities:

  • To act as an FCA regulated individual, advising customers on Equity Release through different forms of communication (phone, email, face to face).

  • Undertake customer meetings with the purpose of identifying their needs and where appropriate making recommendations as to how we can help them have a better later life.

  • Managing your workload and own diary, prioritising where appropriate

Qualifications:

  • Essential: Qualified in providing Equity Release advise (Certificate in Equity Release (CII - CF1, CF6 and ER1 or their equivalents)

  • Essential: Achieved Competent Adviser Status with at least 6 months experience 

  • Desirable: Achieved QCF Level 4 – CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or its equivalent within 2 years of joining, and CF8.
